A few weeks ago, we posted a list of private schools in Greensboro.  This week, continuing on that theme, we’ve put together a quick Iist of the largest and most-often-mentioned private schools in High Point, NC.

Hayworth Christian Academy

  • Grades:   Preschool – 12th

  • Mission:  High Point Christian Academy is committed to Christ-centered, quality education and academic excellence in partnership with family and church within a loving, caring atmosphere.

High Point Friends School

  • Grades:  Preschool-8th
  • Mission:  To foster academic excellence, spiritual values, and social responsibility within the context of Quaker Christian principles.

The Piedmont School

  • Grades:  K-8th
  • Mission:  The Piedmont School is a non-profit organization with our primary goal to close the gap between academic performance and student potential as quickly as possible in a safe environment.  The Piedmont School provides a unique, essential service to children of average to above-average intelligence with learning disabilities and/or ADHD.

Westchester Country Day School

  • Grades:  Preschool – 12th

  • Mission:  To partner with families by providing a biblically based, college-preparatory education so that students will be equipped to serve Christ and influence the world.
